Couldn't find canned green chiles...so went completely from scratch:
The fridge...so far. Everything packed in Ziplock freezer bags after prep.
Prepping sausage and peppers (batch 1 of 6):
My pots weren't big enough to mix all the ingredients. So buy a clean bucket (reclean it) and use.
Ran out of counter space:
